The above mentioned organization wishes to facilitate with His Excellency Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf on his 58th years birthday, he was a one time commissioner of works under Kwankwaso administration and the PDP gubernatorial candidate in the last general election.
Some of the notable projects monitored and supervised by Eng. Abba Kabir Yusuf while serving as commissioner for works under the Kwankwaso administration between 2011 and 2015 include:
1) Expansion of Hadejia road, from Ahmad Bello way to Tokarawa town.
2) Expansion of Gwarzo road, a road that linked Kabuga to BUK new site.
3) Expansion of Zaria road, from silver jubilee to Dantata & Sawoe.
4) Expansion of Sheikh Jaafar Mahmoud Adam road, from Kofar Famfo to Panshekara.
Another projects supervised by HE Abba Kabir Yusuf that cannot be overlooked are, Northwest University permanent site, Kano Sports Institute Karfi, Informatics Institute Kura, RMK flyover K/nassarawa, Kabuga underpass, creating of first Kano Road and Traffic Agency (KAROTA), Kano Road Maintenance Agency (KARMA), provision of Amana busses and taxis to create jobs opportunities for our youths in order to eliminate unemployment, and many large and small projects too numerous to mention in this small paper.
While congratulating HE AKY for a 58years well spent on servicing humanity, we pray for Allah to fulfill his heart desires and give him another opportunity to serve our dear state and Nigeria at large. Ameen.
